Any interactive Claims Field Guide tool should minimize data collection, use non-PII inputs, and favor local/browser-side processing where technically feasible rather than storing claim information on a server.

Hosting providers and internet infrastructure may process standard technical information such as IP addresses, request logs, browser information, and security telemetry in the ordinary operation and protection of the site.
